Refund Policy

1. Full Refund

If we are unable to initiate your service, you are entitled to a full refund of the professional fee.

2. Partial Refund

If the process has started but cannot be completed due to reasons on our end, a partial refund may be issued based on the stage of completion.

3. Non-Refundable Items

Government fees, once submitted to authorities, are non-refundable. Services that have been completed are also non-refundable.

4. Refund Process

To request a refund, contact us at refunds@karanconsultancy.com within 7 days of the issue. Refunds are processed within 7-10 business days.

5. Cancellation

You can cancel your order before the process begins. Cancellations after the process has started are subject to the partial refund policy.
